I enjoy foreign languages and cultural knowledge from all corners of the world. :)
Besides personal research, here are some of the methods I am currently using with some degree of effectiveness:
- Duolingo
- Memrise
- Pimsleur (Audio Lessons)
- Casual radio and music listening (including analysis of lyrics)
No one method will ever take you to fluency (despite such claims being made by the authors), however, all available methods combined will work wonderfully and slowly-but-surely one will notice the difference. It is paramount to focus on enjoying the process and not so much on reaching the ultimate goal, otherwise you may be discouraged.
