Hi. I'm looking for an online pen pal who will help me learn Spanish because I'm a complete beginner. I am a 41 y/o Danish guy who has a BA in English and Spanish business communication and an MA in English <-> Danish translation and interpreting. This is of course because I like to learn new words and grammar 🥳
I am primarily here in order to find a Spanish-speaking pen pal and improve my Spanish for fun. We wouldn't have to write each other every day, but it could be fun to exchange some language when time permits. Meeting up could be an option too if you're in Copenhagen.
I translate between English and Danish for a living, so my written proficiency in those languages is good. I could use some oral English practice now and then, so feel free to write me if you are in Copenhagen and want to meet up. I like to get plenty of exercise, so maybe we could go for a walk while chatting.
