hello! my name is emily (emi for short) and i am a 23 year old college student in canada. I am currently studying medical office administration.
some of my interests include music, TV shows, films, travelling, making new friends, and learning new languages and experiencing new cultures. I have been studying korean since 2018ish (but I am still a beginner haha), so I am hoping to meet new friends who can help me improve my korean. i can help you learn english!
I hope to graduate college in december (2024) and hopefully attend university (january 2025 or september 2025) for the gender and sexualities program.
so far i have travelled to washington DC (2017), new york (2018 + 2019 + 2022), new jersey (2019 + 2022), victoria/vancouver (2022), chicago (2022), and korea (2023).
my trip to korea was very memorable, as i got to attend a language school, make new friends, meet old friends, and have a really fun trip.

Hi I'm Hugh, originally from China and currently working in Canada. I’m a native Mandarin speaker and pretty proficient in English. I like running (mostly away from chaos, jk), tennis, and traveling.
I’ve been learning French on my own for a bit (maybe A2 for reading/listening, and absolutely A0 for speaking). I’m really hoping to practice my French speaking, and I apologize in advance for whatever nonsense might come out of my mouth.
