Hello, I've recently retired & I'm trying to learn Spanish. Although I love living in the North of England, I would like to spend as much time as I can in Spain & I want to learn the language. I enjoy walking/hiking with my dog Rosie (see profile picture). I used to be a rugby player - but now mountain bike & go to the gym. I am married with three children aged between 18 and 22. Although I am not a teacher, I'm happy to help anyone with their English if they can assist me with Spanish.

I'm a PhD student currently studying Cognitive Robotics in Manchester! I come from Naples (Italy) the city famous for inventing pizza! :P
As the majority of people here, I love to travel and get to know people, exchange cultures, and make friends all over the world. Unfortunately, I don't really have the time to attend language courses and Duolingo became boring after a while. I heard about the language exchange from a couple of friends and I'm very excited to give it a try!
