Hello I am a software engineer and a father two kids. I live in Bundang, Seongnam.
I am looking for someone who's willing to practive Korean in a cafe or park near Seongnam. I hope to improve my fluency in English.
In the past I have done a language exchange for over a year and it was fun and helpful to both of us.

I'm Alex from Romania, a language and culture enthusiast currently living in South Korea!
I've loved languages since childhoodโespecially Englishโand have always been drawn to exploring new cultures. Another big passion of mine is film and video editing, which Iโve pursued for over 12 years. Itโs actually how I first connected with Korean culture, even before visiting Korea for a music workshop last year. However, that trip deepened my love for Koreaโs traditions, nature, and food.
Iโve been studying Korean on and off for a year, aiming to take the TOPIK, get a job, and settle here long-term as a software engineer. As of recently I am back in Korea and so I am ready to take on new challenges.
In exchange, I can help with English (my strongest suit), German, and Japanese. Iโve taught English to Korean learners before and love meaningful exchanges.

DutchI'm a Canadian who normally lives in Berlin, Germany but is currently living and working in Seongnam, just outside of Seoul, South Korea for 6 months. I have a Master's degree in Linguistics and speak English, French, German and Dutch fluently. I am a native English speaker but I grew up speaking French because I am from Montreal. I am now doing an engineering degree in Brewing Technology in Berlin and currently doing an internship in a brewery in South Korea for my degree. I've been learning Korean for 6 years now and am hoping to improve while I am in Korea. I love going out to eat and drink, I love all sorts of music, gaming, cycling, cooking and meeting new people.
