Hi there, I'm Matt and I live in Canberra, Australia. I have a partner and a son at home I'm learning Hungarian to obtain my Hungarian citizenship by descent and perhaps live in Hungary one day. I would like someone to practise with, perhaps once a week. I only started learning Hungarian about 2 years ago with a teacher so I still feel like a beginner. I speak English, and have always been interested in languages. I also speak some French and have lived in Paris and London in my life. For hobbies, I like gardening, exercise, watching movies and food!

Hello! I'm Casi but my friend's call me Pix (short for Pixxie). I'm Australian and an ISFP. I work as a freelance digital anime art illustrator and animator. I love to draw and create. I draw every single day and cannot live without art. I have a fond love of anime and manga/manhwa, and telling stories, either through pictures or words - pictures more often than not. I am currently gaining experience by creating fan fiction manga, web comics, and short stories, while I'm in the process of creating my own manga. I have been trying to learn Japanese, solo, for about a year now, to assist me with my work as an animator but I would also like to be able to converse with potential publishers and editors, as I work toward potentially being a manga author. I would also like to make friends with native speakers and to speak the language comfortably, when I visit Japan. I have also started learning Korean. I am currently learning the writing system; characters, vowels, and consonants. I have been using apps and websites to assist me in my learning, as I do not have access to study locally, so I would love to make friends with some native speakers. I'm Natalie, living the amazing tropical oasis of far-north Queensland, Australia! The Great Barrier Reef, the Coral Sea and the World Heritage Daintree rainforest are all my playground. I'm a project manager with the government working on genetic improvement of tropical and sub-tropical crops for food security both in Australia and globally. Mango, jackfruit, lychee, dragon fruit, cacao, limes, pineapple and strawberries are all part of my work! I studied Arabic (MSA) at the Australian National University in my 50s, so I'm not a fluent Arabic speaker. I need to pause and think too much.
