Hello this is Yun.
I would like to help you with learning languages that I know. In return you can help me with yours. I do speak Korean, English, Japanese and Chinese...
但我現在學習華語, 所想找一個朋友來語言交換.
我想學習繁體字,所以如果你可能用繁體字的話,給我message吧.
忘れないように日本語も時々勉強しています。
一緒に勉強する人!メール送ってくださいわ。

I do not prefer to use voice chat and message, so video call or off-line meeting only.
Half time of learning and half time of teaching is the best solution for me.
Hope you live in South Korea or at least live in similar time zone.

Hello! My name is Nesthor.
I’m passionate about languages, cultures, and self-improvement. One of my biggest dreams is to learn many languages and communicate with people from all around the world. I enjoy discovering how different languages work and how they reflect the culture and mindset of the people who speak them.
I spend a lot of my time studying languages, practicing pronunciation, learning vocabulary, and exploring different ways to improve faster. I’m interested in language exchange because I want to make international friends, practice naturally, and learn directly from native speakers.
Besides languages, I also enjoy:
Drawing anime and art
Programming
Martial arts
Going to the gym
Singing and listening to music
Learning different dance styles
Reading
Personal growth and discipline
I love meeting people who are passionate about learning and improving themselves. I’m always open to conversations about culture, hobbies, goals, daily life, and language learning techniques.
Let’s learn together and become friends from different parts of the world!

Iberian chieftain of a one-man tribe. Quijote and Sancho Panza into one.
I love learning languages and building meaningful friendships through cultural exchange. If you want to know about the history and culture of my people, I'm your man — I’ll even give you a guided tour of the history museum if you ever visit, like I do with all my foreign friends.
I recently graduated from a "teaching Spanish as a foreign language" course so I'm looking up to gaining experience in the field!
I'm very interested in East Asian history and culture, specially China and Japan.
I even completed a Japanese Studies course.
After studying an intensive Japanese course in Osaka, I was convinced that I would become a permanent resident in Japan. I'm working on that right now so any advice or help will be more than welcome!
Like a true passionate Latin and Spaniard, I give everything my all, so expect an intense personality! If you’re only looking for a five-minute chat once a month, I might not be your ideal exchange partner.
Great interest in history, philosophy, religion, filmmaking (that was actually my university major) and murder mysteries (specially the ones by Seishi Yokomizo). Unwinds with story-driven and strategy games.
Native level: Spanish, Catalan, English
Intermediate: Japanese
Beginner/would like to learn in the future: Chinese Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Russian
Studied a long time ago (only basic knowledge): French, German

Hi! I’m Jana — a high school student and native English speaker.
I’ve always had a natural curiosity for learning about different cultures and perspectives, which eventually led me to start my journey with Mandarin.I enjoy reading, crafts, music, cooking, photography, movies, gaming, and trying new things 🤍
Happy to help with English and make new friends here!
(My Spanish isn't as good before, I'm currently working on it. Sadly, no more Spanish language exchange.)

Hi there, I'm Gladys and I've been trying to learn French since forever. To be honest I keep zoning in and out of it especially when it starts to get tough. I initially started the journey so I could be transferred to one of the French speaking countries for work but that never happened (my boss wouldn't okay it) so I abandoned it but I'm currently inspired to pick up the journey without much pressure but as something I can achieve anyway. I'm only a beginner though and I'm interested in the video chat exchanges, we can choose one topic per chat and just go one about it to the best of our capabilities. Bonne chance à moi et toi!

PAY ATTENTION, please ! :-) At the 2025 27th november, I put this account in hibernation for new encounters only. Indeed, ("too") many of you have contacted me, for my (recent) subcription on this website, and I have no more free time for new learners. I am very very very sorry. So, I keep this fonctionnal account mainly for serious exchanges that are already engaged and be continuing. Good luck and thank you for reading my introducing however. ;-)
Bonjour tout le monde ! (Hello everybody!)
Here is a long introducing structured in easy steps.
01 - I am Stevo. A French native. Growed up close to the South of Paris. Married. 50 years old, grey hair, but (according to the French generations settings) having a younger mind that my physical age. Some of my friends are between 20 or 30. Anyway, I also can exchange with you if you are 60, 90, 120, 180............ and more. And, seriously, I will reveal my face, my job, my exact town, and other things, only when I will be in trust, because I already experimented other penpals websites and sometimes encountered scramm€rs and girls just looking for a $ugar daddy. So, because I above all want meet and help real persons learning French, I will not pursue all awkward conversations that could be engaged in this kind of bad ways.
02 - Know that my wife reads every things that I share with penpals and all that you could answer me too. Why? Because I have no secret in my relationships and because she sometimes becames directly friend with my friends. It's our lifestyle.
03 - >>> Important: I am an heterosexual man but I am open-minded whatever the genre(s) that you consider is yours. In fact, that is not an issue if you are not a classical person. You are just someone around the world and that is what matters mostly.
04 - My English is not perfect. My Japanese is not perfect. My Russian is not perfect. My Spanish no es perfecto too. But it's quite normal! My French has never been perfect either. Hahaha! (it's just a little joke. ^^)
05 - I started to learn English when I was merely 36 years old, and I acquired a very comfortable level just 4 months later. However, my Japanese, my Russian and my Spanish rather are very low in comparison with my English, because, at this former period, my job took almost all my time. But, because I changed my job some years ago, it's time now for me to restart my all practicings... and I am really counting on you to help me, of course!
06 - >>> Like I wrote above, I participed at other penpals websites. That almost spent 10 years of my life and some of special penpals are became friends. However, I intentionally subscribed in this webside for helping French learners being beginners or low experienced. So, regardless of your level, don't be shy to contact me. I am very forgiving with newbies. And, know that because it is significant if you want to exchange from a low level : I noticed that the best method to master French isn't to speak many hours over Skype, and other one-to-one video platforms, but rather write a lot for getting the deep structure before to encounter the f***ing mute letters essential for the good prononciation. Because, mute letters are everywhere and even where you cannot imagine! So, in many cases, video exchanges that I often experienced finished by English usages instead of a French conversation. Indeed, no mockery from my part regarding penpals needing eyes contact, but when all exchanges are "detroyed" by [ ] ...
...And if you are still interested to discover my profile, please, clic on my "frenchysteven.blogspot.com" address link, above, for getting more points. (1 article with text only) Indeed as this website merely allows 3963 writing characters and because I need more to continue this introduting for giving details, I go elsewhere. Knowing those other points just as are important, thank you by advance to prolonge your reading about me over there. thks

Hello everyone!:)
My name is Csenge and I was born in Hungary, but I am living in Sweden now. I am here to make friends and do language exchange!
I have started learning Korean around 2~3 years ago, but my knowledge is still not very good. I am somewhat good at reading and writing, however, speaking is not going that well for me. I very much hope that one day I will become fluent in Korean!
Italian has my heart, it sounds so melodic and it looks so beautiful. I truly want to learn it, as I am planning to study in Italy for half a year.
I have stared learning some really basic Chinese, as I find it a very gorgeous language. I mainly study it as a hobby, but I really want to understand and speak this wonderful language someday.
I have Russian on my list of languages I would like to learn as well. I find Russian a very pretty language. I love the sounding of it.
Right now my focus is mainly on Italian and Korean. ☺️
My hobbies are playing violin, drawing, listening to Vivaldi's angelic compositions, crocheting, taking photos, traveling, watching movies, learning languages, playing games, reading, and doing martial arts (Aikido, Iaido)!
I hope that I will find good friends and language exchange partners here!
