Hi, I'm Ted, I live in London. By day, I'm an economist working as an international tax consultant. I also have a CELTA qualification, and I am currently teaching English to Ukrainians on a voluntary basis. I am studying Mandarin (finishing HSK1); in the past I've studied French, Russian and Japanese, but I'm focused on Mandarin now. I live with my wife and our two dogs in North London; we have two grown children. I support Arsenal Football Club. I recently moved to London. This is my second time in London for work but this time my family remains Tokyo due to the work and school. I would like to improve my conversational English as I am still struggling coming up with natural phrases without pausing and Ah..ing.
